@ Chapter 02

Lake Lanier, Georgia—June 2011

Stalker much dude?

There was no turning back. Obsession drove him forward.

The night of the party
(for those that need a reminder: June 9th 2012)

A: Are there shifters in this book?
B: Yes you are an idiot!
C: What did I tell you about driving angry!

I lived in Georgia and had heard of Lake Lanier but never all this lore. I totally missed out!

Be careful what you wish for Lacey!

@ Chapter 03

Lake Lanier, Georgia—July 2011

Obsessed much? And now there are more guys!
What did Lacey do?

The morning after the party
(that should make this: June 10th 2012)

Why is she half dressed? Really?

Going to nit-pick here, that’s not how you say cicadas!

One of the coolest things I’ve ever seen, is watching a cicada hatch and pump his wings until they fully formed, right after learning about it in my invertebrate zoology class earlier that day! Too bad cell phone cameras were not a thing at the time.

Speaking of cell phones, I don’t think we are in Kansas anymore Dorthy!

Review: A Taste of Rome (World of Sin #3) by Lucy Felthouse

My ReviewsThe smexy train is going to Rome!

A Taste of Rome is #03 of 03 in the World of Sin Series by Lucy Felthouse. All 3 are currently published with all of them being on Audible. The author has plans for more in this series.

Peter Revel-Walsh narrates the series thus far.

Each one is complete into itself, but it is a continuing story.

This series is a continuing story arc so I recommend reading the books in order. That being said, the stories or of a nature that it wouldn’t hurt if you read them out of order.

Length: 1 hr and 2 mins

Warning: SEX!
Yes, both in thoughts and actions, so if you do not like sex, then you should avoid.

Trigger Warnings
None that I see.
Please let me know if you think there should be.

♥ Story ♥

A Taste of Rome picks up close to where Taste of Paris left off: The boys are on a train to Rome with the Americans. The story is still being told through Ryan’s perspective. Maybe one of the future editions of this series will be told through Kristian’s point of view.

Ryan of course gets himself into more sexy situations as well as having more fun with the Americans. His efforts to protect his friend and not look like douchebag, are quite funny if not a bit uncomfortable because you can relate to his conundrum.

The World of Sin Series sadly takes a hyatis here. Don’t fear though fans, this is not the end. The author confirmed to me she has full intention of continuing this series.

Review: The Beer’s Folded and the Laundry’s Cold By Paige Kellerman

My ReviewsA Comedy Any Mother Would Find Humor In!

The Beer’s Folded and the Laundry’s Cold is a comedy by Paige Kellerman.

Read by Rebecca Hansen

Length: 5 hrs and 16 mins

♥ Story ♥

If you are a housewife or a mother or wife, you will find laughs listening to this. There are definitely several scenarios I have found myself suck in as a mother and wife. I feel this whole title could of used some more structure as the writing jumps around a lot without any warning and it becomes confusing at times. About the time you figure that out, it jumps to somewhere else in time. This is more a rant than a story, but for those of us who have lived even a smidge of this, it can be somewhat cathartic!

♥ Author ♥

This is my 1st read/listen by Paige Kellerman. This is her only audio title. She writes good realistic comedy that is relatable.
Paige only has this 01 title listed on Audible.

♥ Narrator(s) ♥

This is my 1st listen by Rebecca Hansen and she did a decent job. She spent too much time at one level of voice that is became distracting a times.
Rebecca has 13 titles listed on Audible.
