First in her new series. A lot take in but also lots of promise. Have to relisten to get all the details down. Many story lines set in motion as well as a note from the author about this new series. I’m glad the non-shifting brothers grab the author’s heart as much as they did mine and I hope they finally get to shift and mates of their own in future installments. Looking forward to more of this series.

I liked the story and the characters. It’s defiantly different. I would wonder about the long term of their species though. The cover on the audible edition I purchased is very sexy, but a bit misleading once you listen to the story. This really didn’t effect the story overall, it was more of a speed bump.

Wasn’t horrible, but not a HEA to my liking.

Another random read from the “Erotic Literature” section of the Pierce County Library System’s overdrive catalog. Also only had the audiobook format. It had some well researched animal behavior as well as mythology. There was also good imagery and suspense. The HEA left me not feeling warm and fuzzy or hot and bothered. There is a sequel in ebook format which goes even farther of course from what I can gather from the book blurb and reviews. It is not a true HEA, but more of a temporary one that left me feeling unfulfilled. If you are ok with a temporary HEA or like that kind of thing then this is the book for you, but if you like a more complete HEA, I would say pass on this title.

Shorties buy Goodies!
4 novellas in 1.

Came across this title while browsing the “Erotic Literature” section for Pierce County Library System in the overdrive catalog. They only had the audiobook format though and no ebook to follow along with. The stories were short but good and narration was fine for the first listen through. It left me wanting more though from this “world” as well as from this author, but sadly I cannot find any more in audio. I do plan a re-listen and to rate each story individually.

Light on steam but big on story and heart!

I loved the characters and even shed happy tears it was so good!

Narrator was great! I felt wrapped up in the story the whole time in both the story telling and the characters voices themselves. I would recommend the audiobook version of this book.

This book is a standalone story and my first full length book by Molly Harper. I have listened to a novella by her that was in “The Undead In My Bed” anthology which really made me want to hear more.

This is a very PG story as far as the sex goes but the story more than makes up for it. Lots of laughs along the way and some very memorable quotes!

“Oh, dear God, brain, we are not friends anymore.”…

is my favorite and totally one I can relate to in my own life.

Deacon is completely adorkable and my new book boyfriend.

What was created in the atrium I am envious of and want on just like it one day!

I highly recommend this book and plan to read more by this author as soon as I can get my hands on the audiobook versions!
